BARN Member Code of Conduct

To keep BARN a thriving, respectful, and trusted community for robotics founders, we ask all members to follow these simple rules:

1. No Pitching, Selling, or Spamming

BARN is a space for connection, not conversion. Please don’t pitch your product, sell services, or DM members with business offers. Networking? Great. Selling? Not here. We have a zero tolerance policy on this — violators will be removed.

2. Membership Criteria Matter

Full membership is reserved for robotics founders who meet our acceptance criteria, including funding and/or revenue milestones. Affiliate members are welcome, but the distinction matters — please respect it.

3. Chatham House Rules Apply

All BARN events are under Chatham House Rule: you can use what you learn, but you can’t share who said it or attribute it to anyone. This keeps conversations candid and trust levels high.

4. Be Cool, Even With Competitors

This is a collaborative community. Treat fellow members with respect — even if they’re chasing the same customers or investors as you are.
